About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain workflow management tools to track recurring processes, deadlines, and ad hoc initiatives.
- Coordinate critical operational timelines including subscriptions, redemptions, distributions, commissions, and reporting cycles.
- Serve as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors such as transfer agents and broker-dealers.
- Validate recurring data processes for purchases, redemptions, and distributions to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Support internal data requests including AUM reporting, DDQs, and ad hoc analytics.
- Coordinate year-end tax reporting processes and ensure data accuracy from transfer agents.
- Identify opportunities to streamline or automate operational and data processes in partnership with technology teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, client services, data analytics, or project management within financial services.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data or workflow tools such as Tableau, Salesforce, or Alteryx.
- Familiarity with alternative investment products, transfer agency processes, or fund operations.
- Experience supporting tax reporting, investor reporting, or regulatory-driven operational cycles.
