About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with operational leaders to document current WFM practices across Scheduling, Timekeeping, and Leaves
- Develop and maintain documentation for scheduling patterns, timekeeping workflows, and accrual tracking
- Assist technical teams with configuration preparation and design decision logging
- Contribute to the development of test scripts and participate in SIT, UAT, and regression testing cycles
- Create user guides, reference materials, and training content for WFM modules
- Provide hands-on support during pilot rollouts and stabilization periods
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Health Administration, Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in scheduling, timekeeping, payroll support, or workforce management
- Experience documenting workflows and gathering functional requirements
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with systems testing (SIT, UAT) and defect tracking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with UKG Pro WFM
- Understanding of collective agreements and their impact on scheduling
- Experience in a unionized healthcare environment
- Experience leading large-scale system implementation projects
