Analyst, UKG Workforce Management

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to document current WFM practices across Scheduling, Timekeeping, and Leaves
• Develop and maintain documentation for scheduling patterns, timekeeping workflows, and accrual tracking
• Assist technical teams with configuration preparation and design decision logging
• Contribute to the development of test scripts and participate in SIT, UAT, and regression testing cycles
• Create user guides, reference materials, and training content for WFM modules
• Provide hands-on support during pilot rollouts and stabilization periods

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Health Administration, Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in scheduling, timekeeping, payroll support, or workforce management
• Experience documenting workflows and gathering functional requirements
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience with systems testing (SIT, UAT) and defect tracking
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with UKG Pro WFM
• Understanding of collective agreements and their impact on scheduling
• Experience in a unionized healthcare environment
• Experience leading large-scale system implementation projects
