Responsibilities
- Provide BAU support for UKG Pro WFM via tickets, calls, and queries
- Investigate and resolve system and application issues
- Maintain system documentation, processes, and support standards
- Gather and analyse business requirements through stakeholder workshops
- Configure system updates and support functional enhancements
- Develop and execute testing for system changes and improvements
Requirements

- Exposure to UKG Pro WFM or similar platforms
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
