Analyst

Responsibilities

• Onboard and maintain social entity handles across various platforms, including influencer accounts.
• Build and maintain custom social tags and keyword sets to capture earned content.
• Run routine data pulls and perform quality checks on social measurement outputs to flag anomalies.
• Prepare and format data outputs to meet KPI and dashboard template standards.
• Support client accounts through requirement intake, routine request turnaround, and status updates.
• Act as a reliable first point of contact for straightforward client inquiries.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience, including internships in media, sports, marketing analytics, or data operations.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on precision-critical work.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and the ability to organize large datasets.
• Working familiarity with major social media platforms and brand presence.
• Clear, professional written communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to remain organized and dependable while managing multiple concurrent tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to social listening or measurement tools (e.g., Hookit).
• A strong interest in sports sponsorship, media measurement, or brand marketing.
• Basic data-handling skills beyond standard spreadsheet usage.
