Analyst - Transaction Services

Responsibilities

• Assist with the delivery of Transaction Services engagements on a day-to-day basis
• Perform detailed financial analysis, including financial due diligence and forecast reviews
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and boards
• Interact directly with client C-suite executives
• Identify negotiation factors for purchase price and deal structuring
• Assist with business development and the cultivation of long-term client relationships

Requirements

• Background in auditing, business services, accounting, or a relevant commercial/industry role
• CA or CFA qualification (or currently in progress)
• Strong financial statement analysis, research, and modelling skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Relevant university degree with a strong academic record
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
