Analyst, Total Rewards

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end employment lifecycle updates, including onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, and leaves of absence
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems with high accuracy and confidentiality
• Support payroll administration by ensuring employee data changes are accurately reflected for processing
• Assist with compensation benchmarking, pay equity analysis, and compensation planning/reporting
• Perform regular audits and reconciliations to ensure the integrity of HR data across systems
• Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline repetitive HR tasks and improve process efficiency
• Generate standard and ad hoc reports to support operational needs and decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, Total Rewards, Data Management, or HRIS administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
• Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, SAP, or Oracle)
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL
• Demonstrated interest in or experience using AI and workflow automation tools to improve reporting and data accuracy
