Analyst, Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Partner with Senior Talent Acquisition Advisors across the Americas to fill critical roles effectively
• Review job descriptions to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with standards
• Utilize sourcing, recruiting, and networking tools to identify and attract qualified talent
• Screen candidates to assess skills, experience, and qualifications against role requirements
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience
• Maintain real-time and accurate updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Ensure recruiting activities comply with applicable local and national employment laws
• Generate and analyze recruiting reports and data using Excel and PowerPoint

Requirements

• University degree
• Less than 1 year of relevant experience
• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)
