About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with Senior Talent Acquisition Advisors across the Americas to fill critical roles effectively
- Review job descriptions to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with standards
- Utilize sourcing, recruiting, and networking tools to identify and attract qualified talent
- Screen candidates to assess skills, experience, and qualifications against role requirements
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience
- Maintain real-time and accurate updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ensure recruiting activities comply with applicable local and national employment laws
- Generate and analyze recruiting reports and data using Excel and PowerPoint
Requirements
- University degree
- Less than 1 year of relevant experience
- Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)
