Analyst, Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end forecasting, planning, and inventory management for Havana Club
• Manage Liquid Value Add forecasting and logistics planning
• Support export business operations from forecasting through to logistics
• Compile and analyze data from various sources to provide actionable business insights
• Drive the automation of new and existing reports to improve operational efficiency

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in a data analyst, demand planning, or similar role
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including pivot tables, Power Query, and index-match formulas
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Experience using forecasting systems like Anaplan or Blue Yonder
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience in demand planning
