Analyst, Strategic Opportunities

Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s operating rhythm, including senior leadership forums and agenda setting.
• Prepare the CEO for key engagements and proactively resolve issues before they escalate.
• Develop compelling content and narratives for the CEO, including presentations and media engagements.
• Project manage cross-functional working teams to drive solutions for complex problems.
• Drive annual planning and OKR tracking across the firm, reporting progress to leadership.
• Lead quantitative and qualitative analyses to evaluate business opportunities and operational changes.
• Own operational projects from definition through implementation, tackling "0 to 1" problems.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in strategy, analysis, or operations within a fast-paced environment.
• Highly cross-functional experience working across different business units.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills with a passion for data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
• First principles thinking and the ability to approach problems from the ground up.
• Self-driven mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the crypto ecosystem, finance, or fintech industries.
