About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic reporting, analysis, and oversight for regulated and unregulated business lines to support net income growth.
  • Develop and maintain project cost tracking and analysis for a diverse portfolio of products and services.
  • Support the Business Unit Manager through executive management presentations and strategic decision support.
  • Manage the administration of incentive plans, including policy updates, compliance, and payout communications.
  • Act as a liaison between Accounting, Finance, Treasury, and other key organizational departments.
  • Assist in creating budgets, financial projections, and departmental workforce planning processes.
  • Support new product implementation, design assistance, and revenue reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in project cost tracking, cost analysis, and reporting.
  • Proven experience managing organizational budgets.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Strong understanding of financial, budgeting, invoicing, and procurement applications (e.g., Maximo, Oracle).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or Sales departments.
  • Knowledge of incentive plan management and administration.
  • Experience with new product implementation and contract compliance.
  • Broad understanding of utility operations, policies, and procedures.
