Analyst, Specialty Underwriting and Portfolio Manager - CRE

Responsibilities

• Perform due diligence on industry and company performance, synthesizing research to draw actionable conclusions
• Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify disparities, risks, and mitigation strategies
• Prepare financial modeling inputs and analyze structuring options considering collateral and borrower valuation
• Write and prepare credit approval documents and contribute to deal review and pipeline meetings
• Manage a portfolio of existing customers, including completing annual reviews and monitoring risk rating changes
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and procedures for all existing accounts
• Coordinate closing process requirements and communicate effectively with external constituents
• Build collaborative relationships across functions to support business efficiency and growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
• At least 2 years of experience in credit underwriting, portfolio management, or commercial real estate

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in underwriting, portfolio management, or asset management
• Completed coursework or training in commercial real estate and credit risk management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
