Analyst - Spec Gas Lab

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control testing on products and raw materials according to established SOPs
• Maintain analytical equipment and carry out assigned preventative maintenance (PM) duties
• Produce and maintain accurate calibration records and analytical certifications
• Determine pass/fail status of production samples submitted to the laboratory
• Perform analysis on medical gases in compliance with SOPs and GMP standards
• Complete and maintain necessary FDA medical gas paperwork
• Provide technical support to production and customer service teams as required
• Compile, organize, and maintain detailed test data records

Requirements

• Ability to lift over 50 lbs and handle compressed gas cylinders
• Familiarity with gas chromatography and process gas analyzers
• Ability to work independently, stay self-motivated, and multitask in a flexible environment
• Willingness to work the 3rd shift

Preferred Qualifications

• 4-year technical degree with an emphasis in science or mathematics
• Equivalent professional work or industry experience in a laboratory setting
