Analyst - Securitized Products Syndicate

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of securitized products new issue transactions across ABS, CMBS, and RMBS
• Assist in deal marketing, bookbuilding, pricing, and allocation processes
• Monitor primary and secondary market conditions and analyze spread movements and issuance trends
• Build and maintain financial models and analytics to support transactions and market analysis
• Perform collateral and structure analysis to support deal positioning
• Prepare client- and investor-ready presentation materials and offering support analyses
• Conduct due diligence and review transaction documentation
• Manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines with high attention to detail

Requirements

• Degree in Business or a related field
• Sound knowledge of securitization fundamentals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• High level of commitment and strong teamwork capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Asset-Backed Securities (ABS)
• Banking experience in a Structured Finance or related environment
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant industry designation
• Series 63 and Series 79 licenses
