Analyst - SEC Reporting

Responsibilities

• Prepare SEC reporting documents including Form 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K, including XBRL tagging
• Prepare footnote support schedules, tie-out support, and disclosure checklists
• Assist with the research and preparation of technical accounting memos
• Collaborate with the general accounting and legal teams to ensure compliance with SEC regulations
• Work closely with external auditors to manage quarterly reviews and annual audit processes
• Provide financial analysis, including explanations of variances between actuals and budget/prior periods
• Ensure internal controls over financial reporting and disclosure controls are operating effectively
• Participate in monthly and quarterly financial close review meetings

Requirements

• 0-2 years of accounting and reporting experience
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
• CA certification required; CPA preferred
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Ability to meet strict reporting and audit deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in SEC reporting
• Experience working within the software industry
