Analyst, Sales & Trading

Responsibilities

• Execute U.S.-listed equities, ETFs, and listed options orders for institutional clients
• Act as a sales trading point of contact for order flow, market color, and trading ideas
• Develop innovative cross-asset products and solutions at the intersection of crypto and traditional finance
• Partner with internal trading, sales, and product teams to bring new ideas to execution
• Utilize electronic trading platforms and tools for efficient execution
• Maintain communication with liquidity providers to access optimal pricing
• Ensure compliance with best execution standards and regulatory requirements
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve productivity and decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ years of sell-side experience in cash equities and/or equity options trading
• Strong understanding of equity markets, trading strategies, and market microstructure
• Demonstrated interest in and knowledge of the crypto ecosystem
• Proficiency in trading platforms and financial software
• Series 7 and 63 licenses required
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TRAFiX OMS
• Prior experience trading or investing in digital assets
