About the role
Responsibilities
- Review and approve deal pricing in Salesforce quotes to ensure alignment with policy
- Negotiate directly with sales reps to reach optimal pricing
- Coordinate with Finance and sales leadership for stakeholder approvals on complex deals
- Analyze margins and pricing trends to flag risks and recommend corrective actions
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for pricing and margin visibility
- Drive process automation and manage sales support cases
- Train sales reps on pricing policy and Salesforce quoting
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, deal desk, pricing, or revenue operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Hands-on proficiency in Salesforce (CPQ/quoting preferred)
- Proficiency in Power BI
- Strong understanding of margin analysis and financial mechanics
- Ability to negotiate professionally under time pressure
