Responsibilities

• Own campaign execution from end to end including setup, QA, launch, and ongoing pacing management
• Monitor key performance metrics daily including pacing, fraud rates, creative performance, and delivery health
• Respond quickly to system alerts, pacing issues, and Customer Success inquiries within defined SLAs
• Execute optimizations and testing strategies to improve performance and client outcomes
• Document all tests and experiments including setup, methodology, and results
• Provide clear and structured performance updates to managers and Customer Success teams
• Send proactive communication on campaign health, risks, and pacing changes
• Participate in on-call rotations and maintain thorough logs of issues and actions
• Support peer analysts by reviewing work and troubleshooting issues

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on analytics experience
• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related analytical field
• Foundational knowledge of SQL, Python, and R
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• High attention to detail and execution quality
• Proficiency in English as a working language
