Analyst, Royalty Operations

Responsibilities

• Prepare appropriate accounting statements as contractually required for assigned artists
• Review sales and costs to ensure accuracy and coordinate reviews with label personnel
• Run sales queries and monitor daily sales files for activity related to assigned artists
• Ensure all sales transactions are processed accurately and on a timely basis
• Research and respond to internal and external inquiries regarding assigned accounts
• Provide status reports to supervisors and support special projects as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently in a collaborative environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using SAP, EROS, or JIRA
