Analyst, RFP Writer

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the full lifecycle of RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs for Real Estate and Private Equity strategies
• Gather data and key materials from internal teams to prepare accurate and compelling proposal responses
• Partner with investment, product, and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality, aligned messaging
• Provide backup support for Secondaries and Infrastructure strategies as needed
• Utilize RFP technologies and firm systems to enhance efficiency and content management
• Support the ongoing improvement of process workflows and data-driven tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in economics, finance, accounting, or marketing
• 2–4 years of experience within the financial services industry
• Demonstrated experience supporting RFPs, DDQs, and other client-related materials
• Working knowledge of alternative asset management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce, Content Management software, Tableau, or PowerBI
