Analyst - Research and Advisory

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies and reports
• Perform data gathering using primary and secondary methods including field work and interviews
• Manage and regularly update databases
• Analyze market patterns and trends using quantitative and qualitative approaches
• Assist in preparing macroeconomic analysis and market study reports
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Real Estate Management or related field
• 1 to 2 years of work experience in market research, consultancy, or real estate development
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office applications
• Strong analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand and interpret data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Power BI, GIS, or AutoCAD
