About the role

Responsibilities

  • Pull, validate, and consolidate data from multiple sources to complete KPI and risk reporting templates
  • Develop executive-ready materials that communicate risk insights, program updates, and key decisions
  • Translate complex risk, control, and program information into concise, business-friendly messaging for senior stakeholders
  • Maintain rigorous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality across all reporting and communications
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on reporting and messaging
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and evolving regulatory or program requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Risk Management, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in change management, consulting, or project management
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience with structured reporting, including KPIs, dashboards, or program metrics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior leadership presentations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in risk management, operational risk, compliance, or regulatory programs
  • Familiarity with PMO frameworks, governance routines, and change management methodologies
