About the role
Responsibilities
- Pull, validate, and consolidate data from multiple sources to complete KPI and risk reporting templates
- Develop executive-ready materials that communicate risk insights, program updates, and key decisions
- Translate complex risk, control, and program information into concise, business-friendly messaging for senior stakeholders
- Maintain rigorous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality across all reporting and communications
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on reporting and messaging
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and evolving regulatory or program requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Risk Management, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in change management, consulting, or project management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with structured reporting, including KPIs, dashboards, or program metrics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior leadership presentations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in risk management, operational risk, compliance, or regulatory programs
- Familiarity with PMO frameworks, governance routines, and change management methodologies
