Analyst, Real Estate Investments

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, interpretation, and communication of financial models for land acquisitions and construction projects
• Support the preparation of valuation models for ground-up development or property repositioning
• Provide strategic insights through quantitative and qualitative market data to inform acquisitions
• Improve and develop tools and templates to streamline the project evaluation process
• Present findings in professional presentations to internal and external stakeholders
• Track and report on the progress and timing of all pipeline projects
• Provide wide-ranging financial and real estate focused analytical support

Requirements

• University degree in architecture, planning, real-estate development, or business/finance with a real estate emphasis
• 3 years of varied real estate experience
• Experience preparing detailed investment recommendation presentations and reports
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Highly organized with strong financial acumen and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize effectively in a demanding, high-paced environment
