Analyst, Real Estate Asset Management

Responsibilities

• Support senior asset managers in developing and tracking asset-level business plans and value creation initiatives.
• Monitor operating and financial performance (revenue, costs, NOI/EBITDA, IRR) and prepare variance analysis.
• Maintain and enhance asset/deal financial models, including cash flow, debt, and sensitivity analysis.
• Coordinate annual budgeting, periodic IRR reforecasting, and collect reporting from third-party property managers.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to provide actionable insights for business plans.
• Assist with the full asset lifecycle, including acquisitions onboarding, financing/refinancing, and exit execution.
• Support ESG integration by tracking KPIs and compiling sustainability data.
• Prepare recurring reporting packs for internal committees and senior management.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in asset management, investment banking, portfolio management, or a related analytical role.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills, specifically in financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Fluent English.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with PowerPoint for executive-ready materials.
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• High level of AI literacy and willingness to leverage AI tools for research and data analysis.
• Knowledge of additional European languages such as German, Spanish, or French.
