Analyst, Real Estate Asset Management

Responsibilities

• Support senior asset managers in developing and tracking asset-level business plans and value creation initiatives.
• Monitor operating and financial performance (NOI, EBITDA, IRR) and prepare variance analysis and commentary.
• Maintain and enhance asset/deal financial models, including cash flow, debt, and sensitivity analysis.
• Coordinate annual budgeting, periodic IRR reforecasting, and track key capex or commercial initiatives.
• Collect and validate reporting from property managers and third-party operators to ensure data integrity.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking on rents, vacancies, and cap rates to provide actionable insights.
• Assist with the full asset lifecycle, including acquisitions onboarding, financing/refinancing, and exit execution.
• Support ESG integration by tracking KPIs and compiling sustainability data for reporting.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in asset management, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related analytical role.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills with demonstrated capability in financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex datasets into clear executive-ready materials.
• High level of AI literacy and a willingness to leverage AI tools to improve workflow efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and handling complex real estate documentation.
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Interest in ESG integration and responsible investment practices.
