Analyst-Procurement Operations (Risk, Sustainability & Compliance)

Responsibilities

• Support central procurement teams with data collection, management, and system administration
• Maintain data accuracy in systems and track document validity and versions
• Utilize tools such as Sedex, EcoVadis, and Integrity Next for supplier management
• Engage with suppliers to collect compliance documentation and communicate requirements
• Plan and track supplier assessments, audits, and risk screening activities
• Monitor compliance and highlight potential risks to the business
• Manage user access in relevant tools and ensure governance compliance
• Identify and support process improvements to drive standardization and efficiency

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Master Data Management, compliance, or risk
• Strong knowledge of data management and reporting
• Understanding of the supplier lifecycle
• Exposure to ESG and sustainability practices
• Experience working within a Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Service Center (SSC) environment
