Analyst – Private Funds Group, EMEA Secondary Advisory

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed financial models, including asset-level LBO analyses, fund and continuation vehicle waterfalls, and sensitivity analyses.
• Assist in valuation analysis using multiple methodologies, such as trading comparables and precedent transactions.
• Prepare marketing materials, including pitch presentations, information memoranda, and investor materials.
• Support the management of due diligence processes, data room coordination, and investor Q&A.
• Conduct secondary investor universe mapping across European and global secondary buyers.
• Coordinate with commercial, financial, legal, tax, and structuring advisors across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

• Relevant full-time or internship experience in Investment Banking (M&A, Sponsors, or Sector/Country Coverage), Secondary advisory, or secondary investing.
• Strong technical and financial modelling skills.
• Deep understanding of private equity structures, carried interest mechanics, and LP/GP alignment considerations.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are considered an advantage.
• Ability to operate effectively in a high-performance, transaction-oriented environment.
• Exposure to GP-led secondary transactions is advantageous.
