About the role

Responsibilities

  • Capture, analyze, and input investor data from source documentation into CRM systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Establish and maintain investor records, including legal entity details, tax identifiers, and banking instructions.
  • Support capital activity processing, including capital calls, distributions, and partner accounting workflows.
  • Reconcile investor-level data between CRM, accounting systems, and reporting outputs to ensure alignment.
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance checks across investor data and transaction records.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as fund accounting, client servicing, and compliance teams.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including workflow optimization and automation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail with a strong control mindset.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in financial services, data management, or fund accounting.
  • Working knowledge of private equity structures or investor onboarding processes.
