Analyst - Principal Investments

About the Company

Agentis Capital Partners ("ACP") operates as the family office of the founding partners of Agentis, a diversified platform with businesses spanning principal investments, financial advisory, capital markets, and asset management services. ACP manages a portfolio of more than 20 businesses across technology, industrial, and mixed industrial-technology sectors.

Responsibilities

• Research potential investment opportunities, target companies, sectors, industries, and geographies
• Evaluate investment opportunities and participate in the execution of principal investments
• Develop complex financial models for principal transactions
• Assist in managing due diligence processes and third-party advisors
• Assist in developing strategy, business plans, and objectives for portfolio investments
• Manage and aggregate asset-level reporting for portfolio investments

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, commerce, business, statistics, computer science, or related fields
• Exceptional academic results (minimum cGPA of 80% or 3.7/4.0)
• Ability to communicate complex concepts concisely in writing and verbally
• Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision
• Commitment to producing accurate work under tight deadlines
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Resilient mindset and ability to work effectively in a team
