Analyst, Prepayments and Accruals

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct US GAAP accounting treatment for prepaid expenses and accruals
• Complete monthly close processes and reconciliations for prepayments and accruals accurately and timely
• Prepare standard monthly reconciliations, journals, and ZAP entries
• Provide daily updates on month-end close activities
• Liaise with internal auditors to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and SOX narratives
• Identify and implement process efficiencies and optimize systems like Oracle and BlackLine
• Partner with Source to Pay (S2P) to drive operational improvements

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of accounting and finance experience
• At least 1 year of General Accounting experience
• At least 1 year of experience in a global organization
• Experience in operational compliance within shared services
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in cross-cultural, virtual team environments

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification
