Responsibilities

  • Manage technical integrations for data, measurement, and advertising implementations with distribution partners to fulfill contractual obligations.
  • Project manage multiple operational initiatives, including creating roadmaps, identifying milestones, and maintaining up-to-date documentation.
  • Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders and external partners/vendors to provide status updates and resolve issues.
  • Support the launch of new distribution partners and new content to existing partners to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and research teams to support forecasting, revenue analysis, and deal negotiations.
  • Provide subject matter expertise regarding advertising, data, and measurement during distribution sales negotiations.
  • Troubleshoot technical and operational issues in real-time to ensure seamless platform distribution.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of related experience in Advertising Operations, Measurement/Data Operations, Sales Operations, Content Distribution, or Project Management.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Basic knowledge of the multi-channel video programming landscape, including digital media, programming, and content distribution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical skills, technical acumen, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, including meeting facilitation and note-taking.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with advertising and measurement tools such as Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, Adobe, Snowflake, or JIRA.
  • Experience with project management tools and documentation techniques.
