Analyst, Partner Success

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete school partner relationship from onboarding through ongoing touchpoints via email, phone, and onsite visits
• Serve as the primary point of contact for superintendents, principals, counselors, and other leaders
• Identify opportunities to expand usage and deepen engagement within existing partner schools
• Gather and relay product feedback from partners to inform platform improvements
• Support the team in refining processes and systems that serve our school partners
• Develop and track annual partner goals including analyzing student and family participation data

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with school leadership
• Ability to travel to schools for onboarding and professional development
• Organized self-starter with great attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in Partner Success or Partnerships roles
• Experience working in education or an education-related organization
