About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of OCM strategies and plans aligned with project objectives
- Assist in conducting stakeholder analysis and maintaining engagement plans
- Help develop and deliver communications including emails, presentations, and newsletters
- Support the creation and coordination of training materials and sessions
- Assist in change impact assessments and readiness evaluations
- Track and report on change management KPIs such as adoption and engagement
- Maintain documentation related to OCM activities and deliverables
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including PMO, HR, IT, and Functional Leads
- Support the identification and management of change risks and resistance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR, Communications, or a related field
- 1–3+ years of experience in Change Management, HR, Communications, or project support roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of change management concepts and methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to OCM frameworks such as ADKAR or Prosci
- Experience supporting ERP or digital transformation projects (e.g., SAP)
- Familiarity with learning tools, content development, or LMS platforms
- Experience working in cross-functional or global teams
