Analyst, Organizational Change Management (OCM)

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of OCM strategies and plans aligned with project objectives
• Assist in conducting stakeholder analysis and maintaining engagement plans
• Help develop and deliver communications including emails, presentations, and newsletters
• Support the creation and coordination of training materials and sessions
• Assist in change impact assessments and readiness evaluations
• Track and report on change management KPIs such as adoption and engagement
• Maintain documentation related to OCM activities and deliverables
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including PMO, HR, IT, and Functional Leads
• Support the identification and management of change risks and resistance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR, Communications, or a related field
• 1–3+ years of experience in Change Management, HR, Communications, or project support roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of change management concepts and methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to OCM frameworks such as ADKAR or Prosci
• Experience supporting ERP or digital transformation projects (e.g., SAP)
• Familiarity with learning tools, content development, or LMS platforms
• Experience working in cross-functional or global teams
