Analyst Order Fulfillment

Responsibilities

• Manage PO and Work Orders to ensure they meet on-time delivery expectations
• Investigate and resolve order issues to improve fill rates and reduce lead times
• Communicate with cross-functional partners regarding order delays or resolutions
• Prioritize sourcing, production, and distribution tasks based on ship dates and incoming POs
• Coordinate with logistics to manage inbound receipts and consolidation
• Work with Production Art to prioritize art-ready status
• Maintain knowledge of customer compliance documentation

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 3 years of experience directly related to order fulfillment or similar duties
• Proficiency in using personal computers and related software applications
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to process computer data and generate reports
