Analyst, Office of the CEO

Responsibilities

• Own and drive cross-functional projects originating from the Office of the CEO, from kickoff to delivery
• Translate CEO and Chief of Staff priorities into structured workplans, timelines, and clear next steps
• Prepare materials for executive meetings, board interactions, and investor touchpoints
• Conduct quick-turn analysis and research on business, market, regulatory, and operational questions
• Build and maintain automation and AI-enabled workflows to scale productivity
• Track progress on OKRs, strategic initiatives, and executive commitments across functions
• Coordinate with leaders across Engineering, Product, Finance, People, Legal, and Marketing
• Handle confidential information with absolute integrity

Requirements

• Recent graduate from a top Colombian university (e.g., Universidad de los Andes, Pontificia Universidad Javeriana)
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline
• Strong academic record and GPA
• High cognitive ability and fast learner
• Proficiency with modern AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) and ability to design prompts
• Strong project management instincts and organizational skills
• Clear, concise, professional written and spoken English and Spanish
• High level of maturity and discretion

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or work experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, fintech, or high-growth startups
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial activity or university leadership experience
• Possession of a B1/B2 US Visa
• Familiarity with financial modeling, Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL basics
