Analyst

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions within established guidelines
• Meet day-to-day deliverables and prepare daily checklists for supervisor review
• Identify and resolve operational problems, escalating complex issues to experts or supervisors
• Track trends within daily deliverables (SLA/KRA) to help enhance processes and procedures
• Run and create formal, function-specific reports
• Follow all incident and regulatory breach reporting procedures with rigor

Requirements

• College or University degree
• 0-6 months of relevant work experience
• Working knowledge of MS-Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic functional or industry knowledge within the financial services sector
