Analyst (New Grad), Business Development, Gaming

Responsibilities

• Cultivate, negotiate, and expand high-impact relationships with mobile app developers to support company growth
• Utilize data and insights to guide the strategy and implementation of AppLovin solutions aligned with client marketing objectives
• Build influence with C-level stakeholders to understand their vision, strategy, and game pipeline potential
• Collaborate directly with developers to improve advertising campaign performance and monetization stacks
• Identify and pursue new opportunities, prioritize accounts, and evaluate campaign effectiveness
• Serve as a liaison with internal technical and operations teams to resolve publisher-focused technical queries
• Leverage competitive analysis to maintain a thorough understanding of the mobile advertising landscape

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent
• Fluent in English with the ability to build convincing arguments from complex data
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Data-driven mindset with a passion for problem-solving
• Exceptional client management skills and ability to work effectively under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in mobile advertising or performance marketing
• Experience working at or founding a start-up in a fast-paced environment
• Technical proficiency, such as being an Excel whiz or having a background in computer science
• A natural inclination for digging through data to solve complex, non-obvious questions
