Analyst (Management Consulting)

Responsibilities

• Contribute to internal brainstorming sessions to develop project methodologies and recommendations
• Conduct independent desk research using internal and external sources to address specific briefs
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support the development of strategic recommendations
• Conduct interviews with senior managers, executives, and external stakeholders
• Assist in the preparation, execution, and follow-up of client workshops
• Create sections of reports, presentations, and other client deliverables under supervision
• Present findings to client audiences via teleconference or in-person meetings
• Build professional relationships with client team members and assist in proposal development
• Acquire deep knowledge of IQVIA data sources to act as an expert advisor to the consulting team

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required (Master's degree or PhD preferred)
• 1-2 years of professional experience in life sciences, management, data, technology, or analytics is a plus
• Proven analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills
• Strong research skills and the ability to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• A strong interest in the healthcare industry and the Australian healthcare environment
