Analyst, Managed Care

Responsibilities

• Process Managed Care Rebates
• Download, log and track rebate and contract submissions
• Run and create reports and analysis in Excel and other software to support payment reviews
• Ensure rebate calculations comply with contractual terms
• Reconcile and document rebate variances
• Resolve errors and disputes within the rebate system
• Follow defined business processes and guidelines
• Provide updates to team leads and management on task status
• Prepare and analyze ad hoc reporting

Requirements

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 1+ years of relevant experience and 3+ years of overall experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in finance, accounting, or information management
• Experience in claims processing or handling claims utilization data
• Background in Insurance, Finance, or Pharma contracting domains
• Experience with ICyte, Model N(Flex), or Model N(Powered by N)
• Experience with Managed Care Rebates and Formulary review
