Analyst - LIHTC

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluative and operational support in the acquisition and management of federal and state LIHTC equity investments
• Assist in drafting documents and performing analysis for investment memoranda
• Create financial models to inform committee decisions and develop reporting tools for daily operations
• Generate ad hoc analysis as required by senior team members
• Support the initial evaluation of potential equity investments in LIHTC properties
• Prepare financial models for investment committee presentations
• Lead the preparation of internal investment and fund data reports
• Learn and apply program structures of Federal and various State LIHTC programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in commercial real estate underwriting and risk assessment
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
• Excellent internal and external communication skills
