Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assist with report writing, financial analysis, and the preparation of proposal documents
• Conduct primary market research and source secondary data to support project work
• Maintain and update internal databases, files, and records accurately
• Monitor macro-economic trends and real estate sector growth drivers
• Keep abreast of regional and global real estate trends to provide informed opinions
• Support business development efforts and attend networking events to promote the firm
• Liaise with internal departments to coordinate inputs and identify cross-selling opportunities
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and maintain client confidentiality and trust

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in property development or consultancy
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and Word
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal)
• Valid local driving license
• Ability to work proactively and manage high workloads

Preferred Qualifications

• MRICS certification is desired but not essential
• Understanding of GCC real estate markets and regional business culture
