Analyst IT Vendor Management

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between Contract Renewal and Software Asset Management (SAM) teams to track IT supplier renewal schedules
• Coordinate supplier onboarding activities, including documentation gathering, compliance, and task setup
• Support Executive Business Reviews (EBR) by collecting performance data, preparing slide decks, and managing agendas
• Oversee supplier scoring processes and capture event data regarding performance, compliance, and value delivery
• Provide reporting and data analysis to communicate the health of supplier relationships
• Serve as backup support for VMO Analysts regarding reporting, forecasting, and budgeting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Accounting, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in vendor management, project management, or procurement operations
• Strong understanding of supplier lifecycle management and supplier governance
• Familiarity with contract language, including SOWs, MSAs, and NDAs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis) and collaboration tools like SharePoint and Teams
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad 4 days a week and attend meetings in the US Central time zone

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a Vendor Management Office (VMO)
• Experience working with procurement, legal, or IT on licensing matters
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Experience using ticketing systems like ServiceNow
