Analyst – Invoicing

Responsibilities

• Process all supplier and vendor invoices, including receipt, checking, entry, and validation.
• Coordinate with business units and suppliers to resolve invoice clarifications or issues.
• Process supplier credit and debit memos and obtain necessary approvals prior to system posting.
• Ensure all outstanding AP transactions, such as accruals and adjustments, are processed during period-end closing.
• Reconcile supplier balances against the general ledger and prepare accurate AP reports and statistics.
• Manage petty cash establishment, replenishment, and ensure the accuracy of all transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role and 3-5 years of overall professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of supplier invoice processing and petty cash management.
• Proficiency in AP period-end closing activities.
• Solid understanding of IFRS, payment terms, and statutory laws and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional finance certifications such as CA, CMA, CPA, CIMA, or an MBA in Finance.
