About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Cboe’s strategy, operations, and objectives to drive the execution of a strategic investor relations plan
  • Work with the Sr. Director of Investor Relations on the development of investor communications, including earnings announcements, Q&A materials, and shareholder reports
  • Help prepare quarterly earnings release materials, including press releases, conference call scripts, and slide presentations
  • Digest industry news and competitive research to translate market and peer developments into concise, executive-level insights
  • Coordinate an active investor relations calendar, including conferences, office visits, and non-deal roadshows
  • Collaborate with finance, legal, and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and appropriate information sequencing
  • Track analyst models and estimates and compile internal quarterly consensus
  • Maintain and update the Cboe investor relations website

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Math
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in investor relations, sell-side research, buy-side research, or finance
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong knowledge of capital markets and industry-specific key metrics
  • Experience with financial modeling techniques and valuation methods
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work under tight timelines and maintain strict confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or progress towards a CFA designation
