Analyst - Investment Risk Reporting

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert in analytics, validating portfolio and benchmark data accuracy.
• Review automated and manual reports to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Resolve data issues, improve processes, and support system issue resolution.
• Maintain documentation and support training for the Performance & Attribution team.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align reporting with business needs.
• Configure systems for new accounts and coordinate the client onboarding process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or business.
• 3+ years of experience in performance and risk reporting.
• Proficiency with FactSet, Bloomberg PORT, and Morningstar.
• Advanced technical skills in Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, and Python.
• Strong knowledge of financial instruments and benchmarks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work the shift from 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST.

Preferred Qualifications

• CIPM, CFA, or FRM certifications.
