Analyst, Investment Banking, Energy (U.S.) CIB

Responsibilities

• Execute a broad range of investment banking transactions and pitches within the energy sector
• Prepare client presentations and marketing materials
• Perform comprehensive financial statement analysis and create/maintain complex financial models
• Evaluate and analyze the financial needs of corporate clients
• Support transaction structuring and execution efforts
• Collect, consolidate, and interpret company and industry data
• Coordinate with various product groups and industry teams to deliver client solutions

Requirements

• 0-2 years of work experience in Investment Banking
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Math, Engineering, Economics, Science, or Technology
• FINRA certifications: SIE, Series 79, and Series 63
• Strong quantitative skills focused on financial analysis, accounting, and financial theory
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with an expert command of Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of attention to detail and a keen desire to learn
