About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute a broad range of investment banking transactions and pitches within the energy sector
- Prepare client presentations and marketing materials
- Perform comprehensive financial statement analysis and create/maintain complex financial models
- Evaluate and analyze the financial needs of corporate clients
- Support transaction structuring and execution efforts
- Collect, consolidate, and interpret company and industry data
- Coordinate with various product groups and industry teams to deliver client solutions
Requirements
- 0-2 years of work experience in Investment Banking
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Math, Engineering, Economics, Science, or Technology
- FINRA certifications: SIE, Series 79, and Series 63
- Strong quantitative skills focused on financial analysis, accounting, and financial theory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with an expert command of Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and a keen desire to learn
