About the role

Responsibilities

  • Process and analyze inventory availability requests via Salesforce for PAG advertisers
  • Validate avails against flight parameters and provide accurate inventory forecasts
  • Conduct Deal Desk approvals to ensure alignment with active requests
  • Monitor campaign pacing using ad server UIs and Tableau/Looker dashboards
  • Troubleshoot under-pacing campaigns and provide weekly optimization recommendations
  • Manage and optimize 3rd-party supply via RPM, MCTV, and PMP deal setups
  • Support PMP deal creation, blocklist management, and inventory package targeting
  • Conduct supply/demand analysis to identify inventory gaps and revenue opportunities
  • Maintain weekly reporting on display and video KPIs and sell-through rates
  • Collaborate with Ad Operations on campaign setup and political creative compliance

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in ad operations, inventory management, or media planning
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce
  • Experience with ad serving platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel)
  • Proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting supply/demand data
  • Understanding of programmatic advertising ecosystems (PMP, PG, Open Exchange)
  • Experience managing 3P supply partnerships or programmatic marketplace operations
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in political, advocacy, or government advertising
  • Experience coordinating across multiple time zones and office locations
  • Familiarity with CTV/OTT advertising inventory and ad call mechanics
  • Knowledge of audience data management platforms
  • Understanding of PAG-specific business rules and regulations
