Analyst - Inventory Control

Responsibilities

• Support the Worldwide Materials Team by ensuring effective inventory planning for specific projects.
• Provide real-time data on various material performance indicators and account types.
• Analyze inventory details to provide timely status updates and trend predictions.
• Work on customer forecasts, including normalization, forecast comparison, and shipment analysis using the waterfall method.
• Analyze material availability and capacity to ensure production continuity.
• Run weekly system reports to identify material shortages and collaborate with the buying team to resolve them.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree (B.Com, B.B.A, B.Sc, or B.A).
• 0-2 years of experience in Supply Chain (Procurement, Planning, or Inventory).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
• High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work in a global environment across different time zones.
