Analyst, Infrastructure & Real Assets

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical, modeling, and transactional support to the Infrastructure & Real Assets team
• Create and modify sophisticated financial models, including DCF and sensitivity analysis
• Conduct research and due diligence on potential investment opportunities including primary funds, secondaries, and direct investments
• Prepare investment memos and presentation materials
• Construct and communicate investment arguments for Investment Committee meetings
• Support senior staff in sourcing and managing investment opportunities

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in investment banking, project finance, professional services, or investment management
• Bachelor's degree or MBA in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Economics
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
