Analyst - Indirect Procurement

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors regarding actual material delivery status
• Complete Open Purchase Order and Shortage Reports for review
• Manage pull-ins, push-outs, and cancellations based on Open Purchase Order Reports to achieve KPI targets
• Maintain inventory at optimum levels according to site requirements
• Collaborate with internal business partners and suppliers for Purchase Order changes
• Maintain the supplier database
• Manage shortage and excess escalations
• Follow through on urgent receipts, past due management, and resolving receiving challenges

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.com, BBA, or Diploma)
• 0 to 2 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work night shifts
