About the role
Responsibilities
- Process PO and Non-PO invoices accurately
- Perform invoice validation and 3-way matching
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and audit controls
- Manage vendor interactions and resolve related queries
- Monitor AP aging and assist with reporting
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
Requirements
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable or Invoice Processing
- Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Concur
- Strong Excel skills for data management
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Analytical skills with experience using Power BI
- Proficiency in VBA for process automation
